My latest single, They Were Yellow Roses, is available now to stream. The purpose of this song is to honor my best friend, Evan Dishion, who passed away suddenly and unexpectedly. I gave myself one week to write, record, and release the song to capture raw emotion at the immediate time of the traumatic event. I was not trying to do anything extravagent or push the limits on technique or production. This is an ode to a good person who is missed dearly and that is all. The sounds and lyrics portray my emotion, which was my only goal.
